Corrections
If a dimension, policy or listing detail on a brand page or comparison is wrong or out of date, send the page address and the source that shows the correct figure. We check it against that source and correct the page, with a new date.
Brands and sellers
Brands can point out errors or send documentation such as a care label, warranty terms or a foam certificate. Inclusion is not for sale, and no brand sees a page before it is published.
Privacy and data requests
Requests to access, correct or delete personal data are answered within 30 days. The privacy policy explains what little this site collects.
Orders, deliveries and returns
This site does not sell sofas or handle orders, so we cannot track a delivery, process a return or change an Amazon order. Contact Amazon or the seller named on your order for those.
